Buffalo Wing in a cheeseball?  Yummy!  We've taken our Buffalo Wing jerky, shredded it, added it to cream cheese......and waaallllaaaa....a perfect little appetizer.  Shredz can also be thrown on top of salads and used as a holiday dish topper.
